Covers designing and building AI-powered solutions in Power Platform — Dataverse data models, canvas and model-driven apps, cloud flows and business logic, and embedding agents, Copilot and AI models across apps and Power Pages sites, with environment governance and ALM.
Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900)

Active member of the UK Dynamics 365 and Power Platform user groups, and a speaker at the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform UK User Group. Regular attendance keeps me close to how other practitioners are solving the same problems — a lot of what ends up on the blog starts as a conversation at one of these.
