Hi! My name is Josh, and I’m a Power Platform enthusiast with several years of hands-on experience. I began my journey as a Dynamics 365 System Administrator, later joining the Microsoft PowerUp Programme and earning official certifications. I founded Platform Pulse Solutions to share my learning journey, offer practical hints and tips, and provide services to organizations looking to unlock the full potential of the Power Platform.

My introduction to the Power Platform was a true baptism by fire: I managed a team supporting users of the newly developed Power Platform solution in a public-sector organization undergoing digital transformation. This role gave me deep insight into how Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Apps work together to deliver data-rich business applications, replacing legacy CRM systems.

In late 2024, I deepened my expertise by seeking mentorship from a Microsoft MVP—an expert  and well-regarded member of the Power Platform community. Leveraging the Microsoft Learn platform (which I highly recommend!), I expanded my knowledge across the Power Platform and other Microsoft products. Through the PowerUp Programme, I progressed from beginner to certified professional and have since continued to build solutions for real-world business challenges.

The Power Platform isn’t just about what you see—it’s also about how it’s configured, how access is managed, and how solutions are tailored to meet business needs. My experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator has given me a strong understanding of translating business requirements into robust, secure, and effective Power Platform solutions.
